Delete in the app
- Open the app and tap Profile at the bottom right.
- Scroll all the way down and tap Delete account.
- Tap Next, type the word DELETE in the confirmation and tap Delete account permanently.
Deletion happens immediately and permanently. It can’t be undone.
If you’re the only game admin, this is only possible once someone else has taken over as game admin.
What is deleted
Together with your account, we delete everything that belongs to you:
- your account with your login (email address)
- your profile: player name, colour, profile picture, pioneer number and player code
- your finds with all photos and points
- your reactions and ratings
- your reports (photos, notes) as well as reports about your photos or your profile
- your blocks
- your invitations, your invitation link and the email addresses entered for them
- feedback you sent us, including any photo or screenshot
- your activity (the note “opened the app”)
What may remain
- Anonymous counts: number of errors and number of app starts per day. They contain no name and no email address, only a random device key, and are not linked to your account. They are deleted after 90 days.
- Reports you handled as a game admin: these are kept; only your name is removed.
- Technical logs of service providers (Supabase, Cloudflare, Brevo): these are deleted according to the providers’ retention periods.
Legal basis: after deletion, we no longer need your data for the game. We therefore delete or anonymise it in accordance with Article 6(4) of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). The anonymous counts contain no personal data.
